Alloy 602CA is a high-temperature alloy that is resistant to metal dusting. Nicrofer 6025 HT, 602CA is a high-carbon, nickel-chromium-iron alloy with micro-alloying elements of titanium, zirconium, aluminum and yttrium. With an operating temperature of up to 1150⁰C (2102⁰F), 602CA has shown exceptional resistance to oxidation at high temperatures.

Alloy 602 CA is a high-carbon nickel-chromium-iron alloy with additions of the micro-alloying elements titanium and zirconium together with aluminum and yttrium. It is normally supplied in the solution-annealed condition with an oxidized or descaled surface.
This alloy is characterized by excellent high-temperature creep properties; and Exceptional resistance to oxidation at higher temperatures, even under cyclic conditions. It also possesses very good high-temperature corrosion resistance up carburizing and oxidizing/chlorinating media as well as under metal dusting conditions.

2.4633 is a high carbon chromium-iron-nickel alloy which also contains additives of microalloy elements titanium, zirconium and aluminum, and yttrium. Alloy 602CA is characterized by:
excellent high temperature creep properties
excellent fatigue resistance in the HCF and LCF mode
extraordinary oxidation resistance at high temperatures and under cyclic conditions.
